IAR-IPR at IEEE SPCE 2020

Our colleague Tom Huck presented his research at the conference IEEE SPCE on November, 18.

In his work, he developed a novel approach for simulation-based safety testing of robot systems.

SPCE

The newly developed method tests robot safety by specifically creating safety-critical test situations (e.g. near-collisions, as shown here).

The IEEE Symposium on Product Compliance Engineering (SPCE) is an interdisciplinary conference dedicated to functional safety. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the conference was held as a virtual event from November 16 to November 20.
