BOGY-Internship 2018 at IAR-IPR

From 16th to 20Th of April a so-called BOGY internship took place at the IPR (vocational and study orientation for high-school students). Five interested students were given first insights into the everyday life of robotics as well as into the associated studies such as computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and mechatronics.

During the week, the students learned to create their first programs with Matlab. They used a camera to detect and localize wooden blocks on a table in order to then automatically grasp and move them through the robot "Franka Emika".
