Visitors from Jekaterinburg

At the beginning of December 2012, a delegation from the Ural Federal University  (UrFU, Jekaterinburg) visited the KIT and the IPR.
Prof. Matern Anatoly Ivanovich, the vice rector of the Ural Federal University(UrFU), Prof. Petunin Alexander Alexandrovich, assistant director of research at the faculty of engineering, Mister Kurennov Dmitriy Valerjevich, assistant director of teaching at the faculty of engineering, became acquainted with the organization of the learning process at the KIT and read up on the current research projects at the IPR and other institutes in the field of mechatronics and robotics. Also, they visited the Fraunhofer IPA in Stuttgart, where they attended a seminar.
