The IPR visits the Korean institute of science and Technology (KIST) in Seoul

In the context of the scientific cooperation between KIT and KIST in the field of surgical robotics, Dr. Jörg Raczkowsky, Mr. Yaokun Zhang and Mr. Christoph Ledermann traveled to Seoul, to work at the KIST.

The OCT based Laserosteotomie (OCT-gestützte Laserosteotomie) and Formsensorik were subjects of debate.

Also, other scientific facilites were visited: the Seoul National University and the Daegu Gyeongbuk Institute of Science and Technology (DGIST)

The IPR‘s work was presented in a lecture, the laboratories were visited and the mutual work was discussed.

In addition, the RoboWorld trade fair was visited, showing the importance of service robotics for the Korean scientific community.
